Post Employment Support

Follow-up, including periodic, on-site employer and individual contact is made to ensure suitability of the job. In some cases, and only with your consent, we will maintain regular contact with employers to make sure that they are aware of the supports that exist for them, from tax credits for reasonable accommodations, to training programs you qualify for and can leverage at no cost to them.

The nature of our follow-up communication is also to help connect you with additional services to maintain your job, such as work clothing or any unanticipated job-related needs.

Everyone who we help get a job receives follow-up services.  In fact, everyone we provide benefits planning services to also receives follow-up services.  Employment Works is dedicated to helping you make a better life for yourself.  Though a job may bring a paycheck, it may also bring a headache!  That is why we dedicate a lot of our time to making sure that your job is the right one for you for months after you start working.
