Employment Works' Job Development is always choice based.  Based on your skills, experience and employment desires, we will do our best to help you do your best.  During the Job Development piece of our services, you and an Employment Works Job Developer will create employment related goals.  These goals relate to potential employers, application searches, extra training and other resources you may need.
